Global Big Tent (Dbigtent.com) / Ddecree (Ddecree.com) — Zheng Dong-hee’s 4 Major Tasks

The following attached photos are captured from the search results when looking up "Zheng Dong-hee Today" on Naver. Coincidentally, the message conveyable by each photo effectively represents each of the "Global Big Tent (Dbigtent.com) / Ddecree (Ddecree.com) Zheng Dong-hee’s 4 Major Tasks" discussed in this article, which is why they are attached.

1. Zheng Dong-hee’s Task in South Korea

I evaluate the level of South Korean politics as being at a failing grade. The primary reason I view it this way is that it is equivalent to "entrusting the fish to the cat." As I revealed in my fourth book in 2019, the most fundamental problem in South Korea is that "among national wealth, the share of public sector wealth—including the state, local governments, and public institutions—is increasing at a steeper rate relative to private sector wealth than in any other country."

Zheng Dong-hee is the only person who has conducted a fundamental examination of this issue. What does it mean that such a person has experienced nothing but political hardship and persecution? Tracing back the footsteps of current President Lee Jae-myung, one could describe his journey as reaching his present position by leveraging the political foundation he built during his tenure as Mayor of Seongnam; the "Seongnam Line," which remains intact today, serves as proof of this. The immediate past President, Yoon Suk-yeol, was also elected as the 20th President based on the public image he project during his tenure as Prosecutor General. Furthermore, the current opposition leader, who is holding out with irresponsible politics, is another example of someone who established himself relatively easily in politics after serving solely as a judge.

To put it simply, they are all beneficiaries of the abnormal surge in national wealth in South Korea that I pointed out. In this regard, there is an inherent structural limitation wherein they cannot deeply reflect upon the fundamental problems that run counter to those benefits, and we must face the reality that all these problems remain unresolved because of this. Ultimately, both the current ruling party—which flies the flag of democracy yet stays silent as a statue on the election system, a core prerequisite of democracy—and the opposition party—where individuals with short political careers rely entirely on state subsidies as their financial base, becoming quasi-civil servants who hold on simply by lining up behind the right faction—are problematic.

However, practically speaking, it is difficult to reject all of this outright. This implies that Zheng Dong-hee’s task in this area will be extremely arduous. Nonetheless, please face the reality that unless Zheng Dong-hee finds the clue to the solution, the future of South Korea is not bright.

2. Zheng Dong-hee’s Task in Australia

Zheng Dong-hee’s treacherous life ordeal—which began on February 6, 2024, when he reported a bribery and corruption scandal involving the CEO of a state-owned bank in Perth to the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA, the equivalent of South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service)—has escalated beyond the level of state tyranny. Effective January 1, 2024, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese unilaterally implemented a system enforcing a 10% advance deposit within an extremely tight deadline for transfers exceeding $1 million within Australia, to the extent that he stated there was no prior notice. However, as demonstrated in a phone call with me in August 2025, the South Korean Embassy in Australia exhibited incompetence by being completely unaware of the implementation of this system. Furthermore, from February 2025 to August 2025, myself, alongside my now-deceased father and my mother, filed emergency rescue requests eight times through the e-People (Kookmin Shinmungo) portal. In particular, in July and August 2025, after the inauguration of the Lee Jae-myung administration, an unbelievable incident occurred where officials such as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the South Korean Embassy in Australia pressed the withdrawal button on emergency rescue requests that we had not withdrawn ourselves. This demonstrates how incompetent the diplomacy of the Lee Jae-myung administration is behind the scenes, despite continuously shouting slogans of "pragmatic diplomacy" since its inception.

Ultimately, by his own efforts starting in February 2025, Zheng Dong-hee continuously sent emails to Australian federal senators, federal MPs, the Prime Minister’s Office, various ministerial offices, and Western Australia MPs, working tirelessly from all angles to resolve this issue. However, after Prime Minister Anthony Albanese returned from his visit to Gyeongju, South Korea, in October 2025, despite these efforts, the Australian government finalized a state tyranny approaching the level of the Holocaust—depriving all my rights as a successful civil litigant, enforcing double punishment contrary to various international laws, requiring exchange rate compensations for the defendant, and mandating additional advance payments due to interest rate cuts, all after pocketing the money.

Through this struggle, I belatedly realized that I had taken Australia's history too lightly. Up until the 1970s, they forcibly separated Indigenous children from their parents at birth and exploited their labor under the name of "civilization" through religious institutions and white families. Australian public servants and religious institutions walked hand-in-hand at the forefront of these state crimes. At that time, to hide these animalistic state atrocities from the media and the international community, they abused the "non-disclosure designation" system. The cabinet of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese took the lead in applying this same non-disclosure designation to the $100M+ bribery and corruption case involving the Perth state-owned bank CEO that I exposed as a whistleblower, placing an embargo on the Australian media to shamelessly secure re-election in the federal election on May 3, 2025.

The Lee Jae-myung administration in South Korea provided no help whatsoever. Furthermore, the new Federal Attorney-General, Michelle Rowland—who took office after Prime Minister Albanese's landslide election victory—acted even more dictatorially, breaking government promises four times when counting from the former Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus. This occurred even though I contributed to the forfeiture of USD 18 million of the defendant's criminal assets to the Australian national treasury through the final civil court victory secured in June 2024. In particular, Treasurer Jim Chalmers, who pocketed the money through this national treasury forfeiture, went a step further in power abuse, threatening to forfeit everything if additional exchange rate margin differences resulting from the Reserve Bank of Australia's 2025 interest rate cuts were not paid in advance. The key point is that this was merely nominal logic, as there was no actual market exchange rate difference at the comparison points.

In the process of losing everything and collapsing, I appealed my grievances to the international community solely based on conscience grounded in international standards. As a result, when searching the names of these "Four Traitors of Eulsa" on Microsoft Bing—which is currently breaking the Google empire's dominance in Australia and expanding its market share up to 10%—my articles appear on the first page, ahead of tens of thousands of other articles.

I deeply lament the situation where Australia, situated in the Asian time zone, fails to play a partner role with Asia. Having started as a British penal colony, built an artificial empire through the massacre and exploitation of around one million Indigenous people, and committed atrocities against Indigenous newborns until the 1970s, its recent history continues to subtly extend at a state level in various forms today. Moving forward, alongside pursuing personal resolution, I intend to significantly influence the consensus process of future international collective intelligence to structurally reform these predatory true natures so that victims like me do not emerge again.

3. Zheng Dong-hee’s Task in the Global Economy

Ultimately, what we realize from elaborating on the previous two tasks is that while the 4,000-year period preceding the Common Era (BC)—including the Egyptian civilization—defined early history, and the 2,000-year Common Era (AD) followed, the money printers of the U.S. dollar (the global reserve currency) began running frantically in the autumn of 2001. By 2007, they abandoned conscience and accelerated printing even further, continuing through the COVID-19 crisis of the 2020s. The core problem is that it has lost even the self-cleansing ability to control itself.

4. Zheng Dong-hee’s Task in World Politics

Accordingly, on a global scale in 2025, the atrocities of the "Four Traitors of Eulsa" manifested in the Year of Eulsa. Now, 2026 marks the arrival not of the AD era, but of the DD era governed by a Different Decree (Definite Decree) rule. Zheng Dong-hee declared this fact on June 18, Year 0 of DD, through the launch of Ddecree.com. From now on, world politics will collectively contemplate the specific paradigm of this era according to the reference standard of collective intelligence.
